Amanda (Akasha Yoga & Wellbeing)
Amanda has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is a Master Gong Practitioner of 6. Deeply inspired by the elements, she weaves together the wisdom of both Chinese and Indian yoga traditions to nurture balance in body, mind, and spirit.
Her teaching style is inclusive, grounding and heartfelt β creating space for students to connect more deeply with themselves and find harmony in their everyday lives.
The Good Place CafΓ© β Melissa
The Good Place CafΓ©, created by yogi and foodie Melissa, is a little haven in the heart of Castle Hedingham, Essex. Set within a beautiful old building, it offers soulful, nourishing food served with warmth and care.
Upstairs is a beautiful, fully equipped, wood-beamed yoga studio where weβll practise before heading downstairs for brunch.

No experience is needed β everything is designed to be accessible and welcoming for all levels. Just bring yourself, just as you are.

First trimester of pregnancy
